These Terms of Sale govern the sales of digital products made on the Kolorii.com website via the Payhip payment platform. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products
The products offered for sale on Kolorii.com are downloadable digital products, namely:
- Adult coloring page packs in high-resolution PDF format
- Technical coloring guides in PDF format
- Collections grouping several packs (bundle offers)
The coloring pages are generated using artificial intelligence, then selected and refined by our team. Each product is described on its sales page with its content, number of coloring pages and price.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes.
Prices may be modified at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation by the buyer.
4. Order and payment
Order process
The order is placed via the Payhip payment platform. The buyer is redirected to Payhip to complete their purchase. Payment validation constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Payment security
Payments are entirely managed by Payhip, a secure sales platform. Your banking data never passes through the Kolorii.com website. Transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by immediate download:
- Upon payment confirmation, the buyer is redirected to a download page
- A confirmation email containing the download link is also sent
- Files can be downloaded as many times as necessary
No physical delivery is made. Products are delivered as digital files (PDF) in a ZIP archive.
6. Right of withdrawal
⚠️ Exception for digital content
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer, who has also expressly waived their right of withdrawal.
By proceeding with the purchase and immediate download of files, the buyer expressly acknowledges:
- Having requested immediate performance of the contract (immediate download)
- Waiving their 14-day right of withdrawal
Consequently, no refund will be made after downloading the files.
7. License of use
The purchase of a product on Kolorii.com grants the buyer a personal and non-exclusive license of use:
Authorized uses
- Print coloring pages for personal use (leisure, relaxation)
- Print coloring pages as many times as desired
- Give prints to loved ones (non-commercial use)
⚠️ Prohibited uses
- Resale, redistribution or sharing of digital files
- Online publication of files (social networks, websites, etc.)
- Commercial use (selling prints, integration into a sold product, etc.)
- Modification of files for redistribution purposes
8. Intellectual property
The coloring pages, guides and all digital content sold on Kolorii.com remain the intellectual property of the publisher. The purchase of a product does not confer any ownership rights to the works, but only a right of use within the framework defined in Article 7.

We are committed to responding within 48 business hours. In case of technical problem preventing download, we will provide a new access link to the files.
10. Dispute mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, in case of unresolved dispute, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
The consumer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the publisher's registered office jurisdiction, except for any legal provision to the contrary applicable to the consumer.
